Interesting Health Facts

  • Drink atleast 2 litres of water per day. Preferbally small sips thru the whole day.
  • Each meal should consist of 40% carbs,30% protein and 30% unsaturated fats. .
  • For best results exercise should be in high intensity ,with multi functional movements.
